After more than a decade of involving in various quarrying projects, Saman Stone decided to establish its first stone processing factory in 2004. Since then the company was active in both quarrying and processing of natural stones. With a substantial growth in market demand, Saman Stone established its second factory in 2013. Our factories are located in Tehran, in a privately owned 20,000 sqm plant. The factories are equipped with the latest generation of technology, thank to our large investment in this area and constant updates.
MASS PRODUCTION
Relying on our own quarry sources and using the latest state of the art Italian machineries in our factories, we produce marble and travertine professionally. As a result, a mass annual production of 300.000 sqm of tiles and slabs with premium quality is achieved. We always store more than 8.000 tons of marble and travertine blocks in large block yards in our factories, which makes it possible to welcome large quantity orders and supply in the shortest time possible.
Quality Assurance
Quality is the main concern of Saman Stone company. Our quality policies are in place to guarantee consistent world class services and goods to our valued customers. In order to prevent mistakes or defects in manufactured products, our production line and finished products are constantly subjected to inspection by our skilled quality control staff. No product will leave the factories or the quarries unless they meet the specified requirements.
HAND CRAFTED
As well as our regular automated mass production, we also accept special orders of hand crafted stone sculptures. Traditional stone hand crafting is performed by our highly trained artists. Their traditional techniques along with their experience and modern machinery results in elegant sculptures and building modules. Any engineering or artistic drawing can come to an existence by our expert artists.
SURFACE FINISHES
In Saman Stone different processes or combination of processes are used to produce different surface finishes according to requirements and applications of the tiles. We produce tiles and slabs with the following surface finishes:

Tile Sizes
In Saman Stone we supply customers with both regular and irregular tile sizes. The sizes are very accurate thank to our latest state of the art machinery and skilled staff. We work with both metric and imperial standards.
